Blue Cheese Walnut - Our first variety, developed from our love of Pinot Noir and Blue Cheese -- this unique combination of wine and cheese makes your taste buds dance!

Pairings: Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese and Chianti.  Chevre cheese is a perfect companion to this shortbread.

Cracked Pepper Currant - Inspired by fellow gourmet chefs from Denver, these shortbreads integrate the flavors predominating many red varietals -- rich currants and spicy black pepper. Their savory quality permits them to not only be enjoyed with many red wines, but with fresh fruits and cheeses as well.

Enjoy with a variety of wines, tea, ice cream, or as a light dessert.

Pairings: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Beaujolais, Rose, Viognier, Pinto Gris, Pinot Blanc. You can't go wrong serving this with Gruyere and Chevre cheeses.

Apricot Mango - Like ambrosia, but better! Tree-ripened mangoes from warm, sultry climates are married with dried Turkish apricots in a scrumptious shortbread that longs for a barrel-fermented Chardonnay or a delicious scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Pairings: Chardonnay, Viognier and Champagne.  Perfect with Petit Basque Cheese.

Roasted Garlic Bacon - The rich flavors of roasted garlic and crisp bacon are perfect partners for these savory shortbreads. Great on appetizer plates with nuts, cheeses, and assorted charcuterie. 

Pairings: Lemberger, Gewurtztraminer and Viognier.  Try a really good Cheddar with this flavor ... it's delicious!

Ole Mole - Delicioso! Our love for Latino flavors inspired these little gems. A perfect blend of brown sugar, peanuts, chili and Dutch-process cocoa. Not too spicy -- just right for those South American wines, Margaritas, and specialty beers.

Pairings: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel and Merlot.  Try Mimolette Cheese. with this flavor - yum!
